Take a tour of NorthStar Day.
In-person tours of our Palm Beach Gardens, FL facility. The space tells you most of what you need to know about how we work.

The space tells you most of what you need to know.
Pediatric day-treatment is hard to evaluate from a website. The clinical model, the team, the daily rhythm: all of it matters, and all of it is more legible in person than on a page. A tour is the fastest way to feel whether NorthStar Day is the right fit for your child, your family, and your day-to-day reality.
Tours typically last 30 to 45 minutes. You'll walk through the sensory gym, the discipline-specific therapy rooms, the low-stimulation group spaces, and the outdoor nature space. You'll meet whoever from the team is in the building. We'll answer specific questions about your child if you want to, or just show you around if that's what you need that day.
Scheduled during program hours.
In-person tours run during program hours, Monday through Friday. That's by design, so you can see the building when it's alive with the work happening, not when it's empty. Some families prefer to tour during quieter blocks (early morning, midday); we can accommodate that on request.
To schedule, reach our admissions specialists directly. We'll find a time that works and confirm by email with directions and parking notes.

Photography and walkthrough.
A 360° virtual walkthrough is on the roadmap as our facility photography progresses. In the meantime, the Our space page is the best tour-by-text: it walks through each kind of space (sensory gym, therapy rooms, group spaces, outdoor nature space) with photos and explanations of what happens in each.
The Palm Beach Gardens facility is at 4750 East Park Drive, Suite 110, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. If you want a video walkthrough before scheduling an in-person visit, ask our admissions specialists. We can record one for your situation if standard materials don't cover what you need to see.
