Admissions

How to start with us.

One call to start. No diagnosis required.

The process

Start with one call.

Determining the right level of care is part of our assessment process, and it is not something families are expected to sort out on their own. There is also no need to arrive with a complete history prepared. Families are welcome to call when things are hard, and an initial call carries no obligation.

  1. 01

    Reach out.

Call us or complete our intake form. Your child's age and what you're worried about is enough to start. Our dedicated admissions specialists are here to listen first.

Referring providers start here too. We respond to every referral the same day.

  2. 02

    We take it from there.

Our admissions specialists call you back, usually within the hour. If the program appears to be a good fit, your child is invited in to meet the clinical team and the care plan is developed together with your family. Children can begin as soon as the next day.

Common questions

What parents ask first.

There is no fixed length. Your child's care plan is reviewed with your family, so you always know where things stand and what would have to be true for the next step. When the team and the family agree your child is ready, we step down gradually, moving from the Day Program to after-school IOP and from IOP to outpatient care.
Mornings start with regulation, not demands: an unhurried arrival, a movement meeting, then short focused learning blocks and therapy groups with a sensory snack between. Mid-day brings social lunch, time in the gym and outdoors, and social skills work. Afternoons are hands-on skill-building in executive function and expressive arts, matched to your child's plan.
We work with most major insurance plans. Call us and we'll verify your benefits the same day. Private pay is also accepted. Our admissions specialists handle prior authorization before your child starts, so you're not on hold with insurance instead of being a parent.
Our model is relational and developmental rather than one built on behavioral compliance. The work starts with connection and regulation, and skills are built from there, with a multidisciplinary team coordinating one care plan instead of a single modality working alone. If ABA is specifically what your family is looking for, tell us on the intake call and we'll share referrals to providers in the community.

You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need a referral. Tell us what's going on. We'll take it from there.
