About

About NorthStar Day.

A pediatric day-treatment program built around the conviction that children with autism, developmental delays, and co-occurring conditions deserve whole-child, whole-family care in one coordinated setting rather than fragmented care delivered across siloed providers.

Why NorthStar Day exists

The missing link in pediatric developmental care.

NorthStar Day was co-founded by Dr. Brandi Rials and Dr. Kelly Everson to fill a missing link in pediatric developmental care. They saw it again and again in their clinical work: children needing autism, developmental, behavioral, and mental-health support were bounced between disconnected providers (an OT here, a speech therapist there, a psychiatrist somewhere else, a therapist another place) with no one truly coordinating the whole picture.

Their vision was different: a truly interdisciplinary, integrated experience where every clinician a child sees is part of the same team, sharing the same treatment plan, working in the same space, on the same day. NorthStar Day is the realization of that vision for children ages 5–12 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with additional South Florida locations planned.
